- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order within 24–48 hours.
- Exceptions: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience slight delays in processing.
3. Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Typically, orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after processing.
- Express Delivery (Optional): For faster delivery, select the express option at checkout to receive your order within 24 hours (subject to availability and additional fees).
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Unexpected delays due to weather, traffic, or third-party courier services may occur.
4. Delivery Locations
- Dawai currently delivers across all major areas in Bahrain.
- For remote locations, delivery times may vary, and additional charges may apply.
5. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Charges are calculated based on order value and delivery location, displayed at checkout.
- Free Delivery: Orders exceeding a specified threshold (e.g., BD 20) may qualify for free delivery. This offer will be clearly indicated on our platform.
- Express Delivery: Additional charges apply and will be displayed during the checkout process.
6. Tracking Your Order
You can easily track your order directly within the Dawai app or website. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with real-time updates on its status and estimated delivery time.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
- The recipient being unavailable at the specified location.
The delivery will either be rescheduled, or the product will be returned to Dawai. Additional fees may apply for reshipping.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting support@dawaistores.com with your order details and evidence (e.g., photos).
- We will investigate and take appropriate action, such as reshipping the item or issuing a refund.
Note: Dawai is not responsible for damages that occur after the product has been successfully delivered.
